About Vri-Jon Yachts in Ossenzijl

Vri-Jon DSA Yachts specialises in the construction of exclusive, luxury steel motor yachts from 9 to 15 metres. Since 1984 we have been building motor yachts that are of a high level of quality in every respect.

With us you can count on a well thought-out design, sustainable use of materials, Dutch yacht building and excellent boating characteristics. And because we have brought all the necessary facilities together under one roof, a flexible and customer-oriented working method is possible.

When building your new Vri-Jon, you have a choice of three design lines: the Contessa AK – OK – Convertible, Classic Open Cockpit and the Classic aft-cabin. Within these design lines, each Vri-Jon motor yacht is manufactured in close consultation with you as the future owner. After we have mapped out your personal wishes in the design, equipment and finishing, we will build your unique Vri-Jon.

For Patrick, it started as a child. Gazing in wonder at yachts, learning to build, growing up surrounded by steel, craftsmanship and stories. What was then a boyhood dream is now at the heart of our shipyard. Vri-Jon is not a factory — it is a family business where generations of knowledge, pride and love for the craft come together.

When Mirjam joined years later, it immediately felt familiar. Like stepping into something that has been around for a long time and automatically becoming part of it. Together, we don't just build Contessa yachts, we build a place where people come together. Where families make memories. Where the water feels like home.

A unique Vri-Jon motor yacht to your own taste

At Vri-Jon you have a choice of three model lines, each available in different sizes.

Vri-Jon has made an international name for itself with the Contessa series (AK – OK – Convertible), the most comfortable and versatile motor cruiser in its class. The second model line – the Classic aft cabin-range – enters that tradition with beautifully lined, robust ships with a very luxurious finish. With the third line, the Classic Open Cockpit series, we offer motor yachts with a ship character, stylish and exclusive. For those looking for a unique, exclusive yacht, we also build One-Off Yachts.

Nautic centre in Ossenzijl

Thanks to its central location in Ossenzijl, between Friesland and Overijssel in the Netherlands, the Vri-Jon shipyard has grown into a fully-fledged nautical centre with every conceivable facility.

In addition to the construction of new motor yachts, we are also offering service and maintenance for yachts, our conditioned winter storage and we have a sales marina for used boats.
